[Semiconductor Equipment Annual Conference] where is the future of intelligent equipment

On October 30, the 8th China Semiconductor Equipment Annual Conference (2020) was successfully concluded in Hefei. With the theme of "Integrating industrial chain advantages, improving supporting supply capacity", the conference gathered more than 500 people from competent government departments, well-known enterprises of semiconductor equipment and industry experts to attend the grand event and jointly discuss the development opportunities of China's semiconductor equipment and boost the development of the industry.

At the dinner on October 29, all the celebrities exchanged enthusiasm. Mr. Jin Cunzhong, deputy Secretary general of China Electronic Special Equipment Industry Association, affirmed the technological progress of Glorysoft. Mr. Feng Li, Vice president of Shanghai Microtechnology Industry Research Institute, welcomed further communication between Glorysoft and the Institute, aiming to cooperate to build a first-class intelligent equipment engine platform in China.  

Wang Wenrui, director of Glorysoft Joint Lab and expert in intelligent manufacturing, introduced the intelligent equipment engine platform at the conference. The intelligent equipment engine platform is a combined application platform combining device control, networking, management, data and AI applications, making device networking, management and intelligent applications more seamlessly integrated.  

FastAutomic (FST platform for short), an industrial product control software platform created for industrial equipment, was introduced at the summit meeting. It is aimed at semiconductor production equipment: glue developing machine, glue stripping machine, mask cleaning machine, CVD and etching machine, etc. The platform has the advantages of simple man-machine interface, simple wiring, high maintainability and complete independent intellectual property rights.
