From August 14th to 15th, 34 members of Sun Lynn Circuit and Glorysoft Smart Manufacturing Project team held a group building activity with the theme of "Road resistance is long, the action is coming, the action doesn't stop, the future is bright" in Jinggangshan, a revolutionary mecca, and visited Huangyangjie and Jinggangshan Revolution Museum successively.

Overview of Sun Lynn circuit intelligence project

Recently, MES, EAP and QMS have all gone online for the CIM project of Glorysoft- Sun Lynn circuit intelligent manufacturing. The products date back to PCS, and the automation of production line, digitalization of production, transparency, automatic and timely data, and intelligence have been completed. So far, it has collected more than 4.2 billion pieces of production data and is exploring the application direction of big data. 

Under the condition of data support in the drilling workshop, the optimized operation rate of production line was increased from 75% to 90%, and the upper and lower plate timeout time and the breaking rate were continued to be optimized. And the cutter breaking rate is related to the machine, shaft number and diameter of drill needle, which is improved again to 93%, and the equipment dynamic rate is increased by 18%. The purchase cost of 1 million yuan for one drilling rig is equivalent to saving tens of millions of equipment costs for hundreds of RIGS in total. 

With the full use of big data cases like this, Glorysoft will further optimize and improve, continue to empower customers and the industry, and strive to become an outstanding smart production service provider in the world!
